Porel began his acting career in the late 1960s, and quickly rose to fame in the European cinema. He appeared in over 30 films throughout his career, including Jean Rollin's "Fascination" (1979) and Claude Chabrol's "The Twist" (1976). In addition to his work in film, Porel also worked on television, starring in several French TV series. Unfortunately, Porel's promising career was cut short when he died of a drug overdose in Casablanca at the age of 34. Despite this tragic end, Porel remains a beloved figure in the world of European cinema, and his work continues to be celebrated to this day.
