Muhsin Ertuğrul

In 1914, he founded the Talim-i Edebiyat Theatre in Istanbul, which was the first professional Turkish theater company to perform both traditional Turkish plays and Western plays.

In 1922, Ertuğrul directed his first film, "The Spy." He went on to direct 51 more films over the course of his career, many of which were adaptations of well-known Turkish plays. In addition to directing, Ertuğrul also acted in several of his own films, as well as in other Turkish films.

He eventually moved to France and became a popular singer in the 1950s, known for his flamboyant style and unique voice. Moreno also appeared in several French films during this time.
