Gülse Birsel (March 11, 1971 Cihangir-) also known as Gulse Birsel is a Turkish actor, screenwriter and writer.
She was born in Istanbul, Turkey and studied at Boğaziçi University where she earned a degree in English Language and Literature. Birsel began her career as a writer and worked as a columnist for a Turkish newspaper. She became famous for her satirical humor and witty writing style, which she brought to television through her work as a screenwriter for popular Turkish sitcoms including "Avrupa Yakası" and "Yalan Dünya".
In addition to her work as a writer and screenwriter, Birsel is also an accomplished actor. She has appeared in numerous Turkish films and television shows throughout her career. İdil Üner (August 1, 1971 Berlin-) also known as Idil Uner or Idil Üner is a Turkish actor, film director and singer.
Idil Üner was born in Berlin to Turkish parents. She grew up in Berlin and received her education there. She started her career in the entertainment industry as a singer and performed in several musical shows in Turkey, including İstanbul'da Bir Şarkı and Zorlu Tiyatro Müzikali. She also recorded two albums, "İbo ile Düet" and "İbo Show 96".
In 1991, Idil Üner made her acting debut in the Turkish film "Bir Sonbahar Hikayesi" and later appeared in several TV shows and films, including "Beyaz Gelincik", "Asmalı Konak", "Kayıp Şehir", and "Çalıkuşu". In addition to her acting career, Idil Üner has directed a short film called "Bir Dilek Tut" (Make a Wish) in 2014, which was awarded the Best Short Film award at the 35th Istanbul Film Festival.
