MC Daleste

MC Daleste (October 30, 1992 Penha-July 7, 2013 Paulínia) a.k.a. Daniel Pedreira Senna Pellegrine was a Brazilian singer, songwriter and rapper.

MC Daleste was born and raised in Penha, a district located in the North Zone of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. He began his music career in 2009 and quickly gained recognition for his distinctive style of mixing funk ostentação and rap. In 2011, he released his debut album "O Gigante Acordou" which featured several popular tracks including "Angra dos Reis" and "Água na Boca".

The following year, MC Daleste released his second album "Homenagem ao Maloka" which was dedicated to his friend and fellow musician, MC Maloka, who had passed away. This album included some of his biggest hits such as "Mais Amor, Menos Recalque" and "Elevando o Nível".
