Ena Begović graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb and went on to have a successful career in film, television, and theatre. She appeared in numerous Croatian and Yugoslav films, such as "The Glembays" and "The Birch Tree," both of which were directed by acclaimed filmmaker Antun Vrdoljak. She also acted in television shows, including "The Best of Enemies," "The Treasure of Captain Morgan," and "The Return of Katarina Kozul."

Begović received critical acclaim for her performances on stage, winning the Golden Arena for Best Actress at the Pula Film Festival for her role in the play "The Duchess of Malfi." In addition to her acting career, Begović was also an advocate for women's rights and was involved in many humanitarian organizations.
