Herta Worell (September 20, 1912 Olomouc-April 5, 1996 Munich) also known as Hertha Worell was a Czech actor.

She grew up in a German-speaking family and began her career in the theatre in Vienna in the 1930s. After World War II, she moved to West Germany and continued her acting career in film and television. With her versatile acting range, she appeared in more than 60 films, often portraying strong and independent women. Some of her notable roles include Frau Endlich in "Die Unendliche Geschichte" and Frau Fliehman in "Das Boot". In addition to acting, she also worked as a dubbing artist, lending her voice to famous actresses such as Marlene Dietrich and Greta Garbo for their German-language versions of Hollywood films. Over her career, Herta Worell won several awards, including the Bundesverdienstkreuz (Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany) in 1978.
