Monica Zetterlund

Monica Zetterlund (September 20, 1937 Hagfors-May 12, 2005 Stockholm) a.k.a. Monika Zetterlund, Monica Z, Eva Monica Nilsson or Zetterlund, Monica was a Swedish singer and actor. Her child is called Eva-Lena Zetterlund.

Monica Zetterlund was one of the most influential jazz singers in Sweden, recognized for her unique voice and interpretation style. She started her career in the late 1950s, and some of her most popular songs include "Sakta vi gå genom stan," "Gröna små äpplen," and "Trubbel."

Apart from her music career, Zetterlund also appeared in several films and TV shows, including "The Emigrants" and "The New Land." She received several awards for her contributions to Swedish culture, including the prestigious medal of Litteris et Artibus.
