Ofelia Guilmáin (November 17, 1921 Madrid-January 14, 2005 Mexico City) also known as Ofelia Puerta Guilmáin was a Spanish actor. She had three children, Juan Ferrara, Lucía Guilmáin and Esther Guilmáin.

Her family fled to Mexico to escape the Spanish Civil War when she was a child. She began her acting career in Mexico in the 1940s and soon became a leading lady in theater, film, and television. Guilmáin was particularly known for her work in Mexican telenovelas, including "Cuna de Lobos" and "El Maleficio." She also appeared in Hollywood films, such as "The Old Man and the Sea" and "The Children of Sanchez." Guilmáin was recognized for her contributions to Mexican theater with numerous honors throughout her career, including the Medal for Fine Arts presented by the President of Mexico in 2001.
