Marc Porel (January 3, 1949 Lausanne-August 15, 1983 Casablanca) a.k.a. Marc Landry was a Swiss actor. He had one child, Bérangère de Lagâtinerie.

He died in meningitis.

Marc Porel was born in Lausanne, Switzerland and raised in Paris, France. He began his acting career in 1970, appearing in the film "Le Distrait" directed by Pierre Richard. Porel went on to appear in numerous films throughout the 1970s and 1980s, including "La Race des seigneurs" and "Le Secret" both directed by Claude Lelouch.

In addition to his work in film, Porel also acted in several television series, including "Les Cinq Dernières Minutes" and "Les Enquêtes du commissaire Maigret". He was known for playing tough, brooding characters with a dangerous edge.
