He was born in the village of Ighram, Algeria and began his acting career in the 1950s. Haggiag was known for his roles in several Italian Westerns, including "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" and "Django." He also worked as a producer and screenwriter, and was involved in the making of the film "Once Upon a Time in the West." Haggiag passed away on November 17, 1996 at the age of 82.
