After "Mark & Brian" ended in 2012, Phelps took a break from radio and focused on his acting career. He appeared in several more TV shows and movies, including "The 5th Wave" and "A Dog's Purpose". In 2015, he published his memoir "The Hollywood Nobody", which chronicles his life and career in entertainment.
Today, Phelps continues to be involved in charity work and has also started his own podcast called "The Brian Phelps' Podcast". He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and son.
