Peter Garrett
Peter Garrett (April 16, 1953 Wahroonga-) also known as Peter Robert Garrett or Garrett, Peter is an Australian politician, musician, singer and environmentalist. He has three children, Emily Garrett, May Garrett and Grace Garrett.
Garrett is best known as the lead vocalist of the Australian rock band, Midnight Oil, which he co-founded in 1972. The band achieved international success in the 1980s and 1990s with hit songs such as "Beds Are Burning", "Blue Sky Mine", and "Diesel and Dust".
In 2004, Garrett retired from music to pursue a career in politics and was elected to the Australian House of Representatives. He held several cabinet positions, including Minister for Environment, Heritage and the Arts and Minister for School Education, Early Childhood and Youth, until his retirement from politics in 2013.

In addition to his work with Men at Work, Ham also had a solo career, releasing several albums throughout the 1990s and 2000s. Tragically, Ham passed away in 2012 at the age of 58.

He is best known as the lead guitarist of the Australian rock band, "The Triffids". Jones formed the band with David McComb in Perth in 1978 and played with them until their disbandment in 1989. Jones was pivotal in shaping the band's unique sound and contributed to their signature songs including "Wide Open Road" and "Bury Me Deep in Love".
Apart from his music career, Jones has also written several novels. His debut novel, "Julia Paradise" was published in 1986 and was shortlisted for the Miles Franklin Award. He has since published two more novels, "Billy's Gauntlet" in 1991 and "Swan Bay" in 2003. In addition to his work as a novelist, Jones has also worked as a screenwriter, writing scripts for the Australian television series, "The Secret Life of Us" and the film adaptation of Tim Winton's "Breath".
