Dino Shafeek

Dino Shafeek (March 21, 1930 Dhaka-March 10, 1984 London) also known as Dino Shaffer, Dino Shaffeek or Gholam D. Shafeek was a Bangladeshi comedian and actor.

Shafeek began his career in the entertainment industry in the 1950s in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He acted in numerous Bengali films before moving to London in the 1960s. In London, he continued to work in films and also performed live comedy shows in the UK and internationally. Shafeek is best known for his role in the British comedy series Mind Your Language, where he played the character of Ali Nadim. He also appeared in other popular British TV shows such as Doctor Who, The Saint and The Avengers. Despite his success, Shafeek was known for his humility and generosity towards others in the industry. He passed away in London in 1984 at the age of 53.
