Colin Sharp (September 5, 1953 Great Britain-September 7, 2009 Newcastle upon Tyne) was a British singer, writer, actor and teacher.

He began his career as a singer in the 1970s as a member of several bands, including the popular group "The Sharpies." He soon discovered his passion for writing, and began to pen his own songs and plays.

Sharp also pursued acting, making his debut in a stage production of "Macbeth" in 1982. He went on to appear in several films and TV shows, including "Coronation Street" and "EastEnders."

In addition to his artistic pursuits, Sharp was also a teacher, and spent many years working as an English language instructor. He was known for his excellent rapport with his students and his ability to encourage creativity in the classroom.

Tragically, Sharp passed away in 2009 at the age of 56 from complications related to cancer. He is remembered for his immense talent and dedication to the arts and education.

John Middleton

He is best known for his role as Ash in the horror-comedy film "Severance" (2006) and as the character Dr. Black in the BBC drama "Lark Rise to Candleford" (2008-2011). Middleton began his career on the stage in the 1970s and went on to appear in numerous television shows and films, including "The Bill," "Coronation Street," and "Emmerdale." In addition to his acting work, he is a musician and has played guitar in several bands over the years. Midge Ure

Midge Ure (October 10, 1953 Cambuslang-) also known as Ure Midge, James Ure, Ure, Midge, Ultravox, Rich Kids, James "Midge" Ure, Midge or James Ure, OBE is a British singer, guitarist, songwriter, record producer, musician, singer-songwriter, keyboard player, actor and film score composer. He has four children, Molly McQueen, Flossie Ure, Kitty Ure and Ruby Ure.

Ure began his musical career in the 1970s, playing in bands such as Slik, The Rich Kids, and Thin Lizzy. But it was his work as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the new wave group Ultravox that brought him international fame in the early 1980s. With hit songs like "Vienna" and "Dancing with Tears in My Eyes," Ultravox became a major force in the synth-pop era.

Ure has also had success as a solo artist, releasing albums such as "The Gift," which reached number two on the UK Albums Chart. He has written and produced music for other artists as well, including co-writing the Band Aid charity single "Do They Know It's Christmas?" with Bob Geldof.

In addition to his music career, Ure has dabbled in acting and film score composition. He has also been recognized for his charity work and was awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) in 2005 for his services to music and charity.
