He is best known for his work in horror films, such as "Wrong Turn 2: Dead End" (2007) and "Lost After Dark" (2015), as well as his recurring role in the television series "Broken Lizard Stands Up" (2010). Lemche has also appeared in several other films and television shows, including "Joan of Arcadia" (2003), "CSI: Miami" (2005), "Entourage" (2006), and "Covert Affairs" (2012).
