Hartmann, Phil Hart-on-the-Stick Man, Philip Edward "Phil" Hartman, Phillip Edward Hartmann, "The Glue", Phil or Philip Edward Hartman was a Canadian comedian, graphic artist, actor, voice actor and screenwriter. He had two children, Sean Edward Hartman and Birgen Anika Hartman.

Born in Canada, Phil Hartman began his career as a graphic artist before transitioning into comedy. He became a regular cast member on Saturday Night Live in 1986 and quickly became one of the show's most popular performers, known for his spot-on impressions and memorable characters. Hartman also provided voices for several iconic characters on The Simpsons, such as Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz. In addition to his work in comedy, Hartman acted in several films and television shows, including NewsRadio and Jingle All the Way. Sadly, his career was cut short when he was tragically murdered by his wife in 1998. Despite his untimely death, Hartman's legacy as a comedic genius lives on.
