Ricardo Londoño was mostly known for his career as a racing car driver, having competed in various national and international competitions. He was one of the pioneers of Colombian motorsports and was a four-time national champion. Londoño also gained recognition for his work as a sports commentator, where he shared his expertise and passion for car racing with fans.

Aside from his sports career, Londoño was also a successful businessman who ventured into the automotive industry. He founded and managed several car dealerships that are now among some of the most well-known in Colombia.
