Ana Karic started her acting career in the 1960s and appeared in over 70 films, television shows, and plays throughout her career. She was one of the most popular Croatian actresses and won several awards for her acting. Some of her notable performances were in the films "The Glembays," "The Return of Katarina Kozul," and "The Melody Haunts My Memory." She was also known for her roles in the TV series "Night Shift" and "Cries of Petra von Kant." In addition to acting, Karic was also a professor at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb, where she taught acting. She passed away in 2014 at the age of 73.
