She was celebrated for her work in film, television, and on stage in her home country. Adamová began her acting career in the 1940s, and quickly rose to fame for her versatility and ability to play diverse roles. Throughout her career, she acted in over 150 productions, including films, TV series, and theater plays. Some of her most notable works include the films "The Goat Horn" (1952), "The Good Soldier Schweik" (1956), and "The End of the Lonely Farm Berhof" (1963). Adamová was awarded the title of National Artist of Czechoslovakia in 1978 for her outstanding contribution to Czech theater and cinema. She remained active in the entertainment industry until the end of her life, continuing to inspire aspiring actors and actresses with her craft.

Zita Kabátová

Zita Kabátová (April 27, 1913 Prague-May 27, 2012 Prague) a.k.a. Zita Zavrelová, Maria von Buchlow or Z. Kabátová was a Czech actor and author. She had one child, Jiří Zavřel.

Zita Kabátová initially started her career as an actor in the National Theatre in Prague in the 1930s. She later worked in films and television, appearing in several Czech films throughout the 1950s and 1960s. Among her notable roles was the character of Anna in the highly acclaimed film "Loves of a Blonde" (1965) directed by Milos Forman.

Along with acting, Kabátová was also an accomplished author, writing several children's books and two autobiographical books, "Seven Lives" and "My Hungarian Family". She was a member of the Czech PEN Club, an association of Czech writers.

Despite living through some of the tumultuous events in Czech history, including World War II and the Communist regime, Kabátová remained dedicated to her craft and continued to work in the film industry until the early 1990s. She passed away in Prague in 2012 at the age of 99.

Eva Klepáčová

Eva Klepáčová (May 2, 1933 Prague-June 18, 2012 Prague) also known as Eva Beatrix Klepáčová was a Czech actor, voice actor and presenter.

She began her career as an actor in the 1950s and went on to star in over 50 films throughout her career. Klepáčová is perhaps best known for her roles in films such as "Pojedeme k mori" ("Let's Go to the Seaside") and "Hledá se táta" ("Looking for Dad"). In addition to her work in film, she also lent her voice to numerous Czech dubbings of foreign films and television shows, including the voice of Kanga in the Czech version of "Winnie-the-Pooh". Klepáčová was recognized for her contributions to Czech cinema and was awarded the Thalia Award for Lifetime Achievement in Acting in 2009. She passed away in 2012 at the age of 79.
