Betty Kuuskemaa (January 28, 1879 Hageri-December 19, 1966 Tallinn) was an Estonian actor.

She began her acting career in 1904 in the Vanemuine theater in Tartu, Estonia. In 1912, she became one of the founding members of the Estonia Theatre in Tallinn, where she worked for the rest of her career. Kuuskemaa was known for her strong performances in both dramatic and comedic roles. She was regarded as one of the leading actresses of her time in Estonia and was awarded numerous honors for her contributions to Estonian theater. In addition to her career in acting, Kuuskemaa was also involved in the Estonian women's movement and was an advocate for women's rights. She passed away at the age of 87, leaving behind a lasting legacy in Estonian theater.
