Sandy Denny was known for her distinctive and powerful vocals in the British folk rock scene of the 1960s and 1970s. She was the lead singer of Fairport Convention, and later formed her own group, Fotheringay. Despite her brief career, Roberti's impact on American entertainment endures to this day.
