He began his career as a stage actor in the early 1900s, and soon found success as a director and playwright. He went on to work in the film industry as a screenwriter, often collaborating with directors such as Fritz Lang and Georg Wilhelm Pabst. Roberts also wrote lyrics for popular cabaret songs and operettas, and was known for his witty and irreverent sense of humor. Despite his prolific output, Roberts' career was cut short by his untimely death in 1940 at the age of 55. Today, he is recognized as a seminal figure in the history of German theater and film, and his work continues to be celebrated and studied by film scholars and enthusiasts around the world.

K. Chakravarthy
K. Chakravarthy (September 8, 1936 Ponnekallu-February 3, 2002 Chennai) also known as Appa Rao Kommineni, Chakravarthy, Kommineni Apparao, Chakravarthi, Chakravarti or K. Chakravarthy was an Indian film score composer, singer, voice actor, actor and music director. He had one child, Sri Kommineni.
Chakravarthy was known for his contributions to the music industry in Telugu and Tamil cinema. He started his career as a singer and later transitioned into composing music for films. He made his debut as a music director in the Telugu film "Bhakta Kuchela" in 1961. Over the course of his career, he worked on over 600 films and received several awards for his work.
Besides his work in the film industry, Chakravarthy was also a trained classical singer and participated in several music concerts. He was known for his distinctive style of music, which blended Indian classical music with contemporary sounds.
Chakravarthy also lent his voice to several films as a voice actor and acted in a few films as well.
