Saint-Cyr began her career in the 1920s as a dancer, performing on the stages of Paris. She then transitioned into acting and made her film debut in 1928. Throughout her career, she appeared in over 80 films including "La Bête Humaine" (1938), "Les Visiteurs du Soir" (1942), and "Les Amants de Montparnasse" (1958).
