Omar Pkhakadze (December 8, 1944 Kutaisi-May 21, 1993 Tbilisi) also known as ომარ ფხაკაძე or Омар Пхакадзе was a Georgian professional road racing cyclist.
Pkhakadze started his professional cycling career in the late 1960s and quickly established himself as one of the top cyclists in Georgia. He won several national championships and competed in prestigious races such as the Tour de France and Giro d'Italia.
