He died as a result of heart failure.

Vasilis Logothetidis was one of the most prominent actors in the Greek film industry during the 1940s and the 1950s. He starred in more than 70 films, many of which were popular comedies. He was known for his effortless acting style and his impeccable comedic timing. In addition to his film career, Logothetidis was also a talented singer and musician.
