Alexis Bistikas (November 25, 1964 Athens-September 29, 1995 Greece) otherwise known as Alexis Bisticas was a Greek film director, film producer, film editor, cinematographer, screenwriter and actor.

He studied film and video production in Athens before moving to New York City in the 1980s to pursue his career. He directed several art house and experimental films throughout the 1990s, including "Leaden Wings" and "Fall Before Paradise". In addition to his work in film, Bistikas was also a professor of film studies at the Athens School of Fine Arts. He passed away at the age of 30 from a heart attack, leaving behind a legacy of groundbreaking work in the Greek film industry.
