Bad News Brown (May 8, 1977 Haiti-February 11, 2011 Montreal) a.k.a. Bad News Brown, Paul Dumas Frappier or Paul Frappier was a Haitian singer, rapper, entertainer and musician. His child is called Izaiah Frappier.

Bad News Brown made a name for himself in the Canadian music industry, winning awards like the Urban Music Association of Canada's Best Hip Hop Artist in 2007 and being nominated for a Juno Award in 2009 for his album "Born 2 Sin". He was also known for his skills as a harmonica player, often incorporating the instrument into his performances. Prior to his music career, Bad News Brown competed in judo, winning a bronze medal in the 1999 Pan American Games. He tragically passed away at the age of 33, the victim of a homicide.
