Teresa Franchini (September 19, 1877 Rimini-August 11, 1972 Santarcangelo di Romagna) was an Italian actor.

She began her acting career in the early 1900s, and quickly gained fame for her stage performances in Italy. In the 1920s, she transitioned to film acting and appeared in numerous silent films, including "Nerone" (1922) and "La Bohème" (1926). Franchini continued to act in films throughout the 1930s and 1940s, and also worked as a dubbing actress in post-war Italian cinema. In addition to her successful acting career, Franchini was also a passionate activist for women's rights and social justice. She was a member of the Italian Social Movement and actively campaigned for equal rights for women. Her legacy as an actress and activist has made her a beloved figure in Italian culture.
