Yumika Hayashi (June 27, 1970 Tokyo-June 28, 2005 Tokyo) a.k.a. Oguri Yumika, Hayashi Yumika, Yumika Oguri, 林由美香 or 小栗 由美香 was a Japanese actor and pornographic film actor.

Hayashi began her career in the entertainment industry as a gravure idol in 1990, later transitioning to adult films in 1995. She starred in over 100 adult films and won numerous awards, including Best Actress at the Adult Broadcasting Awards in 2002.

In addition to her adult film work, Hayashi also appeared in mainstream films and TV dramas. She played supporting roles in films such as "Bounce Ko Gals" (1997) and "Friday at Eleven" (2002), and had guest spots on TV shows such as "Unsolved Cases" (1995) and "The Shinsengumi Chronicles" (2004).
