Patrick Konchellah (April 20, 1968-November 28, 2009 Bomet) was a Kenyan personality.

Patrick Konchellah was a Kenyan middle-distance runner who specialized in the 800 meters race. He won two consecutive world championships in the 800 meters race, first in Tokyo in 1991 and then in Stuttgart in 1993. He also won a silver medal at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea. Konchellah is widely considered one of the greatest 800 meters runners of all time and his world championship wins are still celebrated in Kenya today. After his running career, Konchellah became a coach and continued to work with and inspire young athletes. He died at the age of 41, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and dedication to the sport of running.

He died as a result of illness.
