Endon Mahmood (December 24, 1940 Klang-October 20, 2005 Putrajaya) also known as First lady Endon Mahmood was a Malaysian personality.

Endon Mahmood was the wife of the fifth Prime Minister of Malaysia, Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, and served as the First Lady of Malaysia from 2003 until her death in 2005. Prior to her husband's appointment as Prime Minister, Endon Mahmood was a businesswoman and fashion designer. She was known for launching her own fashion line, "Tudung Ekin", which produced fashionable headscarves for Muslim women. Despite her busy schedule, she was also actively involved in various charitable and philanthropic organizations. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the Darjah Utama Negeri Sembilan (D.U.N.S) by the state of Negeri Sembilan, as well as the Darjah Utama Pangkuan Negeri (D.U.P.N) by the state of Penang. Endon Mahmood was widely admired for her grace, elegance, and unwavering strength in the face of illness.

She died in breast cancer.
