Gustav Berg-Jæger

Gustav Berg-Jæger (December 31, 1884 Oslo-November 27, 2014 Bærum) a.k.a. Carl Gustav Berg-Jæger was a Norwegian screenwriter, journalist, actor and theatre director.

He started his career in journalism in the early 1900s and worked for several newspapers and magazines. He then became involved in the theatre scene in Norway and later worked as a theatre director. In 1931, he co-founded the Norwegian Theatre with his wife, actress Ruth Maier.

Berg-Jæger was also a prolific screenwriter, and wrote several successful films in Norway during the 1930s and 1940s. Some of his notable works include "Gjest Baardsen" (1939) and "Den forsvundne pølsemaker" (1941). He even acted in a few films in the 1950s.

Berg-Jæger continued to work in the theatre and film industry until his death at the age of 129, making him one of the oldest people in the world. He was known for his passion for the arts and his contributions to Norwegian culture.

Hans Jacob Nilsen

Hans Jacob Nilsen (November 8, 1897 Fredrikstad-March 6, 1957 Oslo) was a Norwegian actor and film director.

He began his acting career in the early 1920s and quickly became a popular stage actor in Norway. In the 1930s, he began appearing in films and eventually moved into directing. Nilsen directed several successful films, including the crime drama "Mordernisten" in 1944 and the comedy "Sankt Hans fest" in 1947. Despite his success as a director, he continued to act in both film and theater productions throughout his career. In addition to his work in the arts, Nilsen also had a long-standing interest in politics and was an active member of the Norwegian Labor Party. He passed away in 1957 at the age of 59.
