Gerda Ring

Gerda Ring (May 11, 1891 Kristiansand-January 21, 1999) was a Norwegian actor. Her children are called Pelle Christensen and Bab Christensen.

Gerda Ring began her acting career in Norway in the early 20th century, working with notable Norwegian theaters such as the National Theater and Oslo Nye Teater. She was also a prominent figure in the Scandinavian theater scene, appearing in productions in Denmark and Sweden.

In addition to her theater work, Ring also appeared in several Norwegian films, including "Fante-Anne" (1920) and "Pan" (1922). She was also known for her work in radio broadcasting, and became a popular voice actress for children's programs in Norway.

Ring continued to act well into her 90s, and was known for her sharp wit and longevity. She passed away in January 1999 at the age of 107.
