He died as a result of kidney cancer.

Krzysztof Kolberger began his acting career in the early 70s and quickly became one of the most recognized and respected actors in Poland. He appeared in almost 100 films and television productions, including the popular TV series "Czterdziestolatek" and "Alternatywy 4". Kolberger was also a talented theatre director, working with numerous companies across Poland. He was best known for his roles in dramas and historical movies, such as "Colonel Wolodyjowski" and "The Deluge". In addition to his work in film and theatre, Kolberger was a well-known voice-over artist, lending his voice to countless radio dramas and animated productions. Mieczysław Czechowicz

Mieczysław Czechowicz (September 28, 1930 Lublin-September 14, 1991 Warsaw) a.k.a. M.Czechowicz was a Polish actor.

He graduated from the Higher State School of Drama in Kraków in 1956 and made his stage debut at the Teatr Polski in Poznań the following year. Czechowicz was a prominent figure in Polish theater, performing in numerous plays and productions throughout his career. He was also known for his roles in Polish films, including "Mother Joan of the Angels" and "The Story of Sin." In addition to his acting career, Czechowicz was also a prolific translator, having translated numerous plays and works of literature from French, Italian, and English into Polish. He was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta in 1986 for his contributions to Polish culture.

Krzysztof Zaleski

Krzysztof Zaleski (September 3, 1948 Świętochłowice-October 20, 2008 Warsaw) a.k.a. Krzysztof Zalewski or K. Zalenski was a Polish actor, theatre director and screenwriter. He had one child, Jan Zaleski.

Zaleski graduated from the State Theatre School in Cracow in 1969 and made his stage debut in 1970. He worked extensively in theatre, first with the Small Theatre in Warsaw and then with the Ateneum and Kwadrat theatres. He was known for his collaborations with the director Andrzej Domalik which resulted in several critically acclaimed productions including "Tango" and "Śluby panieńskie".

In addition to his work in theatre, Zaleski appeared in over 50 films and television series throughout his career. He received widespread recognition for his performance in the 1983 film "Danton" directed by Andrzej Wajda. Zaleski also wrote scripts for several popular TV series including "07 zgłoś się" and "Zmiennicy".

He was awarded the Silver Cross of Merit in 1984 and the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta in 2006 for his contributions to Polish culture. Krzysztof Zaleski died on October 20, 2008 in Warsaw, Poland after a prolonged illness.
