Ryszard Riedel was the lead singer of the Polish blues rock band, Dżem. He is considered one of the most famous and influential Polish rock singers of all time. Riedel was known for his soulful voice and emotionally charged performances. He was also a talented songwriter and wrote many of Dżem's most popular songs. Riedel struggled with alcohol and drug addiction throughout his life, and his health deteriorated rapidly in the early 1990s. He died from complications related to his addiction at the age of 37. Despite his short life and tragic end, Ryszard Riedel's legacy lives on through his music, which continues to inspire new generations of Polish rock fans.
