Spartak Mishulin

Spartak Mishulin (October 22, 1926 Moscow-July 17, 2005 Moscow) a.k.a. S. Mishulin, Spartak Vasilyevich Mishulin or Spartak Vasilevich Mishulin was a Russian actor and television director. His child is Karina Mishulina.

He died as a result of myocardial infarction.

Spartak Mishulin is best known for his roles in the films "The Twelve Chairs" (1971), "Ivan Vasilievich: Back to the Future" (1973), and "Pokrovsky Gate" (1982). He also acted in more than 20 plays, including "The Importance of Being Earnest" and "The Cherry Orchard." Mishulin began his career as a theater actor before transitioning into film and television. He also worked as a director for the popular Soviet television series "The Meeting Place Cannot Be Changed" (1979). Mishulin was awarded the title of People's Artist of the USSR in 1986. He is buried at the Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow.
