Dusan Antonijevic

Dusan Antonijevic (December 13, 1912 Belgrade-July 10, 1986 Belgrade) a.k.a. D. Antonijevic, Dusko Antonijevic or Dusan Antonijevik was a Serbian actor.

Antonijevic began his acting career in the 1930s, appearing in plays and films in Yugoslavia. In 1946, he became a member of the National Theatre in Belgrade, where he worked for over thirty years. Antonijevic was known for his versatility and appeared in a wide range of productions, including classical plays, contemporary dramas, and comedies. He was also a prolific film actor, appearing in more than forty films throughout his career.

In addition to his work on stage and screen, Antonijevic was a respected acting teacher. He taught at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, where he mentored many aspiring actors.

Antonijevic's contributions to Serbian theatre and film were recognized with numerous awards during his lifetime, including the October Prize of Belgrade in 1958 and the Yugoslav Academy of Sciences and Arts Award in 1982.
