Irán Eory

Irán Eory (October 21, 1937 Tehran-March 10, 2002 Mexico City) also known as Elvira Teresa Eory Sidi, Elvira Eory, Iran Eori, Yran Eory or Iran Eory was a Spanish actor.

She died in embolism.

Born in Tehran, Iran to a Spanish father and a Hungarian mother, Irán Eory spent most of her life in Spain where she became a prominent actress in film, television, and theater. She began her acting career in the late 1950s and starred in several Spanish language films throughout the 1960s, including "Mientras el cuerpo aguante" and "La barrera del amor".

In the 1970s, Eory moved to Mexico City where she continued her acting career and appeared in telenovelas such as "Rina" and "María José". She also became a popular celebrity and sex symbol in Mexico, with her striking looks and raven hair.

Eory suffered from health issues in her later years and sadly passed away in Mexico City in 2002 from a pulmonary embolism. Despite her early passing, she left a lasting impact on Spanish and Mexican entertainment and is remembered as one of the most talented actresses of her time.
