Hilde Volk

Hilde Volk (May 16, 1912 Vienna-May 16, 1995 Spain) was a West German actor.

Born in Vienna, Austria, Hilde Volk began her acting career in the early 1930s. She appeared in several plays and films in Austria before moving to Germany in the late 1930s. Volk performed in numerous theater productions and films throughout the 1940s and 1950s, becoming a well-known character actor in West Germany. Some of her notable films include "The Trapp Family" (1956) and "The Devil's General" (1955).

After her acting career slowed down in the 1960s, Volk moved to Spain where she continued to act in theater productions. She also worked as a voice-over artist, dubbing foreign films into German. In addition to her acting work, Volk was an accomplished painter and sculptor.

Hilde Volk passed away in Spain in 1995 at the age of 83.
