Tofiq Bahramov
Tofiq Bahramov (January 29, 1925 Baku-March 26, 1993 Baku) was an Azerbaijani referee.
He began his career as a football referee in 1951 and quickly gained a reputation for his strict but fair decisions. Bahramov became an international referee in 1963 and officiated in many high-profile matches, including the UEFA European Championship and the Olympic Games.
However, Bahramov is perhaps best known for his role in the 1966 FIFA World Cup final between England and West Germany. He controversially awarded a goal to England in extra time, known as the "Ghost Goal", which is still debated among football fans today.
In addition to his career as a referee, Bahramov was also a sports journalist and a member of the Azerbaijani Parliament. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Glory by the Azerbaijani government in 2003.

Rauf Atakishiyev (July 15, 1925 Azerbaijan-February 3, 1994) was an Azerbaijani personality.
He was a poet, writer, and public figure who made significant contributions to Azerbaijani literature and culture. Atakishiyev was a member of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers and a laureate of the State Prize of the Azerbaijan SSR. He served as the editor-in-chief of the literary magazines "Gobustan" and "Yashyl Dunya", and his works were published in various literary journals and newspapers. Atakishiyev's literary works include poetry collections, short stories, novels, and plays. He also translated works from Russian and Turkish into Azerbaijani. In addition to his literary pursuits, Atakishiyev was involved in social and political activities and was a member of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party. He passed away on February 3, 1994, at the age of 68.
