Deckers started her career as a model in the late 80s, and became one of the most successful models of the Netherlands. She later transitioned to acting and appeared in several Dutch movies and TV shows. In 1996, she released her first book titled, "Decksels!", which went on to become a bestseller. Since then, she has written over 20 books, including children's books, novels and self-help books. She has also been a regular columnist for several Dutch magazines and newspapers. In addition to her writing and acting career, Deckers is a television presenter and has hosted several popular shows in the Netherlands. She has also been a judge on the Dutch version of "America's Next Top Model".

John Ewbank initially gained recognition for producing and composing music for Dutch artists such as Marco Borsato, Gordon, and Trijntje Oosterhuis. He is particularly known for his collaboration with Marco Borsato for whom he has produced several albums, including the record-breaking "Dromen durven delen" and "Thuis".
Ewbank has also composed soundtracks for Dutch films, including "Zwartboek" (2006) and "Alles is Liefde" (2007), both of which received critical acclaim.
