Paul Gray
Paul Gray (August 1, 1958 Rochford-) is an English bassist.
He was best known as the founding member of the American heavy metal band Slipknot. Gray was also a songwriter and contributed vocals to some of Slipknot's tracks. He had a notable stage presence and was known for his energetic performances. Gray was a respected figure in the music industry and was considered one of the most important figures in the development of nu-metal. He passed away on May 24, 2010, and was mourned by fans and fellow musicians alike.
