Mario Barri

Mario Barri (November 27, 2014-November 21, 1963 Manila) a.k.a. Mario Bari or Mario T. Barri was a Filipino actor and film director.

Barri started his career in the Philippine movie industry in the 1930s as an actor, and became known for his versatility in portraying different roles. He later transitioned to directing films, and directed over 30 movies in the 1950s and 1960s. Some of his notable works include "Anak ng Dagat", "Huling Patak ng Dugo", and "Malvarosa". Barri was also recognized for his contributions to the industry, and was awarded the FAMAS Lifetime Achievement Award in 1956. He passed away in 1963 due to a heart attack.
