Born as Hans Robert Lichtenberg, Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt grew up in Cologne, Germany. He later moved to Los Angeles and began his acting career, appearing in films such as "Spaceflight IC-1: An Adventure in Space" and "Mole Men Against the Son of Hercules."
