Jugge Nohall was interested in music from a young age and joined his first band at the age of 14. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the Swedish punk band KSMB in the early 1980s. The band's politically charged lyrics and aggressive sound made them popular with the punk scene in Sweden.
After KSMB disbanded in 1985, Nohall pursued a solo career and released several albums. He also acted in a number of Swedish films and television shows. In 1992, he won the award for Best Actor at the Stockholm International Film Festival for his role in the film "Bert: The Last Virgin".
