Jopie Tourniaire (August 10, 1888 Amsterdam-February 12, 1969 Haarlem) was a Dutch actor.

He began his acting career in 1914 as a stage performer and soon transitioned to films in the early 1920s. With over 90 film appearances to his credit, Tourniaire became a prominent figure in the Dutch film industry. He is best known for his comedic roles, often portraying quirky characters with a distinct physicality. Tourniaire remained active in film until the late 1950s and continued to perform on stage as well. In addition to acting, Tourniaire also wrote and directed several films. He was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Orange-Nassau for his contributions to the arts.
